1. About MixTrackID
MixTrackID ("the Platform", "we", "us") is operated by CREEZ SI ELEVEZ S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (CUI: 45135636), located at Str. Cuțitul de Argint 2B, București Sector 4.
MixTrackID is a community-powered platform that connects people who want to identify tracks in DJ mixes ("Requesters") with music experts who can identify them ("Identifiers"). We act as an intermediary and escrow service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MixTrackID, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use MixTrackID.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Requests and Rewards
- Requesters post a SoundCloud link, timestamp, and reward amount. Payment is collected upfront and held in escrow.
- The minimum reward amount is $5.00 USD. MixTrackID charges a 10% platform fee on top of the reward.
- Requesters have 48 hours to accept or dispute an answer. If no action is taken, the first answer is automatically accepted.
- Requests with no answers expire after 7 days and receive a full refund.
- Once a reward is accepted and paid out, it cannot be reversed.
5. Peek Feature
Resolved requests can be "peeked" by third parties for a fee (50% of the original reward). Peek revenue is split equally between the Identifier (33%), the original Requester (33%), and the Platform (34%).
6. Disputes
- Requesters may dispute an answer within 48 hours of submission.
- Disputes are reviewed by MixTrackID administrators. Our decision is final.
- If the dispute is resolved in favor of the Requester, a full Stripe refund is issued to the original payment method.
- If the dispute is resolved in favor of the Identifier, the reward is paid out from escrow.
- Abuse of the dispute system may result in account suspension.
7. Payments and Withdrawals
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Earnings are held in your MixTrackID wallet and can be withdrawn at any time (minimum $10).
- Standard bank transfers are free. Instant card payouts incur a 1% fee.
- MixTrackID is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting false or intentionally incorrect answers.
- Creating fake accounts to manipulate the reward system.
- Posting requests for content that infringes copyright or contains illegal material.
- Harassing or abusing other users.
- Attempting to circumvent our payment or escrow system.
9. Intellectual Property
MixTrackID does not claim ownership of SoundCloud content linked on our platform. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share links. We do not host or store any audio content.
10. Limitation of Liability
MixTrackID is provided "as is". We are not liable for incorrect track identifications, payment delays, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MixTrackID after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
